4. Moderation and Enforcement

We use AI-powered moderation and human review to enforce these rules. Violations may result in:

  • Warning messages
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity)

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your conduct during video chats
  • The content you share or display
  • Maintaining appropriate camera/microphone settings
  • Complying with local laws regarding video communication

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code on RandomVidChat are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The behavior of other users
  • That the Service will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomVidChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
